Sublimation Price helps makers turn current shop inputs into a price they can explain. The calculator separates costs that are often mixed together: materials, expected failures, setup, active labor, overhead, shipping and selling fees.
The site is not presented as a supplier, marketplace, accounting firm or industry price list. Links to a supplier, platform or public source do not imply its endorsement. Calculator presets and worked examples are editable teaching inputs, not claims about the average sublimation business.
Editorial approach
Guides begin with a real pricing task and use worked numbers that readers can reproduce. Product specifications and marketplace fees are checked against current first-party pages where possible. Competitor articles help us understand the questions makers already ask, but wording and examples are independently produced.
Important distinctions stay visible: markup is not margin, customer revenue is not profit, a printer yield statement is not a guaranteed shop result, and an internal equipment allocation is not automatically tax depreciation. When a statement depends on an external rule or specification, the guide links to the relevant source and records the date reviewed.

What we do not claim
We do not know every shop’s cost structure, and we do not publish one “correct” industry price. We do not provide accounting, legal or tax advice. Every calculator input remains editable so the result can reflect the user’s own operation.
We also do not present illustrative batches as observed industry research, imply a supplier or marketplace endorsement, or invent personal production experience. A calculated price is a decision aid; it does not guarantee demand, capacity, profit or a particular tax outcome.
